I don't see him coliding, he put his feet in front of the defender, to anticipate him and taking possession and it's hit on the back of his left leg by the defender' knee. Too slow the defender, very fast the attacker. It's a penalty in my opinion.

Poor game from Verona. Giovanni Simeone was not getting proper ball from midfield. Then getting him out yet retaining Lasagna was dumbest move. Tudor should be the to be blamed not the referee.
