onana aint the problem tho nor was de gea. From de gea's time in last few years in utd, if u have a dogshit defence . No matter how elite and experienced the goalkeeper is he will one or two errors in some form or other. Meanwhile for onana's current time in utd, the team has a circus front line who can score goals.If ur team cant score goals then it puts a whole lot of pressure and burden on the goalkeeper to make more saves. Yes onana has made most saves in the pl this season.But eventually that pressure and burden will caught up to u and will lead to errors and silly mistakes. Also individual mistakes from both the midfield and from the defense is also responsible for the dillema

bald hag hated him and gave his wage as an excuse to not to renew his contract for man u even tho in fiorentina is earning approx. 30k pounds /per week compared to staggering 375k /week so de gea and his agents weren't the problem considering that he still actively supports utd and tweets about the team every now and then
