The amount of goalkeepers casually hanging onto the ball as attackers charge them down these days is absolutely insane to me; just kick the ball as hard as you can if an attacker comes within 10 meters!

I agree. Maybe goalkeepers need to be given IQ tests before assigning them the task of playing out from the back. Sometimes, goalies make errors that make you wonder if they are mentally ill. Meret had several options and still didn't know what to do with the ball? Worst case, just kick it out!

@@txlonghorn638 Playing it safe is more important the closer you are to your own goal, and the players in that area are the ones whose main skills are in stopping the opposition from playing, so it really is a recipe for disaster to be passing it around in your own penalty area. I know they're trying to lure the other team to push up and leave gaps behind, but sometimes I wonder how it can be worth the risk...

He probably anticipated the GK to come out of his line, but GK knows so well that a loop or a well taken goal will be scored as the space will be more open, so I'll give more kudos to the GK and tell Osimhem to practice scoring from tight corners more.. the shot he also had on target was directly to the keeper, he has to also place precision to his shots not just power..

A catastrophic Napoli team spearheaded by the directionless Laurente. Spanetti was looking sick all through his term as this club is a big problem to her fans unably managed by Laurente. The disjointed players loosing scoring opportunities is another. Osimen is not wanted in that club anymore. Everyone is pretending even the back staff. All is not well in there.

Why Napoli is still trying to play pretending they're Barcellona? Garcia was right at the start, they needed some change and variety in playing so they could aim for a CL spot (Not scudetto!) and he got booted for it. С этим составом в следующем сезоне точно в серию B...защитники такие тупые,получает мяч и пауза ждёт пока тебя будут пресинговать и опять вратарю который под пресингом который ошибаеться...кроме Осимена и Политано смотреть не на кого .. все которые пришли в этом сезоне не одного толкового нет...Уйдет Зелинский и все..Ангиса тугодум..ничего хорошего с этим Наполи не будет ..
