To see how well McTominay is doing in Italy just proves that he wasn't the problem at Utd, the club was the problem, and look at them now, just above the relegation zone.

Scott was problem of course. Not the only problem, but didnt fulfiil his defensive role - very often he didnt track back and was losing bal very oftenl. He got his place in ManUtd cause of how bad this team was (and still is). But besides that, hes not that much above average player. Look at non existent second line at the 1st goal, how much he dribbled with no pressure from Empoli players and how big spaces there are between players at the 2nd goal and his situation at 01:43.

As a Milan fan despite lots of people making fun of Lukaku you gotta respect the guy for not being selfish and passed the ball to a teammate with a better chance to score unlike our so called superstar Leao or Theo with both seeking their own glory most the times.
