Nahitan Nandez arrived in Sardinia in 2019 and has played 151 matches for Cagliari, becoming one of the staples in the Rossoblù’s lineup and winning the hearts of the fans with his dedication. There is Italian blood running the Nandez family and the Uruguayan feels his move to Serie A was guided by fate, as he retraced the steps of his grandparents, who escaped from Italy during the Second World War.

Per me manca in questo documentario il legame di Cagliari con i tanti Uruguagi passati tra le file del Cagliari. Credo sia anche uno dei motivi che lo lega al territorio.
