It wasn't offside given for the Theo penalty. Free kick given for touching twice from the penalty (you cant touch it off the post if no other player has touched the ball)

Agree, but they should change that rule, it is very hard almost impossible to hit the ball so accurately for a pass back. That should have been counted as legit goal

Theo's rebound is disallowed not because offside, but because the penalty taker can't touch the ball again after he kick it without another player touch the ball before him (eg. hit the post)

The World Cup in Russia feels like a lifetime ago with Loftus-Cheek and Lingard breaking from midfield, supporting Kane up front with Sterling in a free role off him. I really enjoyed that summer but with a better manager we would have beaten Croatia in the semi and lost to France in the final

As usual Bologna had to play also against the referee. The first penalty given to Milan is totally non-existent. Shame to the referee Massa, slave of the system, brown-noser of the powerful mafia clubs. He also did not see the clear penalty in favor of Bologna (VAR had to intervene).
