What a fantastic story and the best bit is it’s all true. Seems such a decent and likeable person who has dedicated himself to the cause, been embraced by the fans of Napoli and immersed himself in Neopolitan life, history and culture.

Just been to Napol 3 weeks ago. Was blown away with their passion for the club. Never saw anything like it before. Literally every cafe, restaurant has some flag, jersey, banner of the club or Diego Maradona. They even have a drink like Aperol Spritz but its blue rather then orange and its called Maradona Spritz:) So happy for them to get the Scudetto. Well deserved. Wish I could be there to see the celebration. It certainly would be one of those life time experiences.

Well done Scott. I am an United fan, I respect the fact that you went to Serie A in order to play first team football, and playing in Napoli is way different then playing for Empoli or Fiorentina. Absolutely superb character, a fighter and there are not many out there anymore...

As a Scottish Celtic supporter, Napoli have been my second favourite club since the days of Hamsik, Cavani, Lavezzi, Maggio, Inler. The aura and legend of Maradona as well of course. It’s amazing to see Scottish players thriving there. Hoping to get over for a game next season.

@@EduardoSalamanca6 Aye 🇮🇹 is a place i adore as well.....tv is terrible though 😄. Naples is great, especially the Quartieri Spagnoli, that really is the heart of the City. Games are great to go see the atmospheres in the grounds are brilliant.

Hard Work Beats Talent. Scott is the type of player, and have no doubt, man, that will run through brick walls for you. Every great team needs a player that pushes themselves ever harder & never quits no matter how great or poorly the match is going Napoli have that in abundance with Scott! His two goals against Torino might just prove to be the ones that ultimately change the course of the destination of the Scudetto.

Belief is everything in life, if someone believes in you it becomes a higher form of life. He’s went to Napoli and kicked on big time, Scotland players have had a generational gap on the continent & Scott, Billy, Liam Henderson & Ferguson have changed that. As a fellow Scot and partial to a Celtic strip like Scott it’s not bias it’s admiration for our youth that playing football is now a dare too dream.
