Marco Brescianini had just landed in Bergamo a few days ago and already got it goin' well. Remember, it was Gasperini who's turned Gagliardini, Kessie, Cristsnte, Pessina, Pašalić, Malinoskyi, Koopmeiners, and a few others into those one step away from true srardom. Sure, not everybody capitalised on the opportunity once they got signed but still they came as close as possible thanks to mister Gasperini.

Further. Look at Gosens and Kulusevski. Both hungry signings for Inter and Juventarse. Both FAILED and are in a back-up situation and other clubs!!

Gasperini improves every player he coaches. He's outstanding at motivating them, recognising their strengths and getting the team to play to them. Take Retegui for example, he thrives on crosses and that's what Gasp gets Retegui's teammates to provide, whereas Spalletti uses a slow build-up with Italy with very few crosses; result, the Italy strikers are outnumbered all of the time and starved of service.

@@gregjay6134 Gosens was in his prime at Atalanta. He left Bergamo passed his prime. Kulusevski failed at Juventus because they misused him, just as they did with Chiesa. He’s now a starter when fit at Spurs and is one of their best attacking players in the best league in Europe.

And napoli. actually I'M one of the huge Fans' Atalanta and still don't forget the way of Gasperini to treat all Player in this team till be a strong team,be a though team to face even the latest information are many stars injuried not all but yeah some players gonna walk out from this team. USA guy here, I don’t remember how I found Atalanta (FIFA20?), but goes back to this aggressive style with Ilicic and Mailinosky….so entertaining, and now Atalanta understood to be an elite offensive system

To think Napoli had Brescianini in the bag and tried to change the signing fee agreement. Then they lost 3-0 and Brescianini scores 2 in a 4-0 win. ADL is one of the worst chairman in Serie A. Any other chairman would have won 5 scudetti by now with Napoli.

Best run club in Italy. Pity Koopmeiners and Lookman don't want to stay and Scalvini and Scamacca are injured. If they had those 4, a run for the title wouldn't be out of the question.

Lookman is an idiot. He is going to go to a bigger club and fail AGAIN. This is his level and he's perfect for the system. Can't fault a player for trying to make it big, but I just don't trust Lookman in a bigger setup. I've liked him since he was at Charlton, and he's a great player, but the majority of players are not made for the very top. He is one of these players I believe.

Koopmeiners and Lookman are kidding themselves. They wanted out of a side that at full strength will give ANY squad serious problems. I mean we faced Real Madrid minus Koopmeiners, Scamacca, Scalvini and Zaniolo. That is a lot of strike power absent! Koopmeiners should remember what has happened to Kulusveski, deemed the next big thing 4 season ago and greedliy imported by Old Juventus. The man is now a BACK-UP at Spurs!! As for Lookman well he has had what 5 clubs and failed at every one of them, SAVE La Dea. He is kidding himself and both have been led down the wrong path by agents. For a footballer the old adage is: stay where you play the best football you ever played!
