I don't think it's really the defense that's bad necessarily. More the midfield than anything, but not in terms of quality, but in getting the play forward and committing. And Cristante needs to retire because he barely shows up as a consistent CDM.

@@jardanivito u are spot on about Cristante but what they need to work in is their finishing, they are creating the chances but the finishing is just off, this will cost them when or if the get to a final because finals are usually tight and chances a few

Ludogorets is a team that has experience in the Europa League. They have qualified for Europa before. Roma did lose against them but it's not a disaster. JM used that match to experiment with his team. I think he should have kept the 1st GK in the team, I think the 2nd GK was the weak link in that match along with Roma being unlucky in their attacks. I predict Roma will crush ludogorets at home, maybe 4-0.
